For quick orders from our menu, we need at least 48 hours notice. For custom designed cakes, we recommend 5-7 days advance booking. Wedding cakes and large events should be booked 2-4 weeks ahead.
Yes, we offer delivery within Calgary city limits. Delivery fees vary based on distance. Please contact us for a quote. Pickup is always free and available at our Calgary location.
We can accommodate some dietary needs including eggless and nut-free options. Please let us know about any allergies or restrictions when placing your order, and we'll do our best to help.
We accept e-transfer, credit cards, and cash on pickup. For custom orders, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due on pickup or before delivery.
For custom orders, we provide a design consultation and can share sketches or inspiration boards. For complex designs, we may provide a digital mockup before proceeding with the final creation.
